My bad!

I know I have been missing for a super long time! Things were in a mess, was doing a lot of evaluation and reflection of myself. It is one of those emo moments that I get once in awhile. Currently, things are picking up, just look on the bright side. Met many people along the way; unfortunately, these people are all graduating and moving away from Adelaide or back to their home country. I've got so much to say and share, but most importantly what I wanna say is that I'm going home soon!!!!!!!!!!! In about 10 days? I really can't wait to board onto the plane and fly home to people I love… I missed everyone so much, the people, food, malls, and the luxury of being home! I hope I'd be able to do more this time around compared to the last time when I was back. This year I must go to Singapore and be all touristy teehee, I think I've blogged about my Singapore trips a couple of times now but none are real tourist trips. They were all about malls and clubs etc. this time I've got my trusty new camera and a SLR in hands to capture great memorable pictures of everything.

By the way, it's the time of the year again! DECEMBER=happy holiday season!!!! I love Christmas more than Chinese New Year despite the Angpaus from CNY. Christmas has that extra festive feeling and excitement J not to forget New Years after Christmas. It's the birth of a brand new year, with new resolutions, new life (for me!), more reflections on my life and how I want to change. Anyway, I gotta go eat my lunch and clean my messy messy room before I leave for work later. There will be a brand new blog in 2010 after I settle on my perfect header and everything else J it will show the beginning of my brand new life after 20 years of education.

Note: I must study and prepare my case study for exam on Tuesday. My last paper that ends my education life.

LALALA!

I feel so productive today! J I slept around 2am plus after talking to Mr. Chan using Skype. I love my Skype since my phone provider gives me 4000mins of Skype call free and I can use it via my mobile. My mommy has learnt how to use Skype and she is quite happy because she can save on phone bills. She talks to daddy using MSN and Skype with me. Why am I promoting Skype? Haha. Anyway, I woke up about 10am this morning because I needed to pee badly and I kept waking up in between my sleeps. Took shower, and got ready to go out to city to do register for my IELTS and print some pictures. When I reached the IELTS office, the queue was so long that I figured to go print my pictures first. Nixon called for lunch at the same time, and I thought why not since I have not eaten and needed to kill some time before I go back to the IELTS office. Long story short, I managed to register for the IELTS dated 21 November and second choice of 5 December. Now, I need to study and arrange for my driver's license. Weeeeeeeeeeeee! I can start driving again! But I think I will need some time to get used to the roads here and their rules. In addition, will be driving a slightly bigger car here compared to Malaysia and that is why I need to get use to everything!

Did I even mention in the previous post that I got a job? :P I found a job with the South Australia Jockey Club as a waitress mainly for function and banquet. Luckily, for me that I have previous experience in banqueting with Hyatt back at Perth so this job should not be that challenging for me. The pay? Quite a fair bit, but it's only a casual job so good pay but less shift moreover, I'm only limited to 20 hours a week as a student. So far, I'm only working 1 shift a week but it's better than none at all!

Oh well, I'm feeling hungry now. Gonna reheat my dinner and make 'lap cheong tan with onions'. Oooooo! YUMMY!! Will be back soon J

GUILTY

Yes, I know I have been missing for quite awhile since my last blog post. Quite a number of things came up, I was troubled, and I just did not have the mood to write up an entry post. I just don't know what to write. Currently, I have been feeling a lot better because I have decided not to resent over some small matter that has been caused by some B**** who called herself a friend to me. PRETENTIOUS! I better not go into the whole emo thing now…

Let's see what has happened during the last 2 hiatus months. In short, I cleared my previous semester and now I'm onto my final semester until I graduate in December. Oh! My sister got engaged too in September. I got a haircut and highlights too. Besides that, I can't really remember what other significant stuff that happened for the last 2 months… memory problem (I'm not joking!). Probably small events which I can't be bothered to type or think.

I got myself 2 new gadgets to replace my old broken ones. I bought a Canon Ixus 100 in black and got an upgrade for my phone. I took the Samsung F480 in 12 month plan, nothing else appeal to me so I decided to take the 1 year plan so I could change in a year! I'm not against the iPhone, although I could have gotten it for free but it just doesn't attract me to get it. I'm all good with the current phone and it's so girly because I got it in PINK! With the whole hands free and leather casing (which I bought separately). Ooo! I baked some cupcakes yesterday as well, ever since I came to Australia I have not baked at all. Plus, Harris Scarfe is such a good place to get all the baking utensils because they are always on sale! I bought a spatula, tray, paper grease cups, all for less than AUD 15. I baked 2 batch because I bought only 1butter and I thought just do a try-out since ingredients here might be slightly different such as the flour (the contents are slightly different as it can be seen when I was creaming the batter), the vanilla essence (the terms of flavor), size of the eggs, and the butter's taste. At the end of it, the cupcakes turned out delicious! I did half with raisins and half plain and gave out to my friends. I will make more the next time when I have more time and butter! I shall end this post with some wonderful pictures of the engagement, my camera, new phone and the cupcakes!

My boyfriend of 5 years finally lost weight after promising me year after year that he would lose it off. I'm not expecting all bones covered with skin type of boyfriend, just losing the 'baby fats' would do. sorry bout the late updates due to the time i was admitted in the hospital..

there are other pics too, but they are all in my FB's album... he does look different from before. a lot of my friends were shocked because he looked different and because I'm not around so they rarely see him. I can't wait to see him in December.. miss him so so much.

Cute Stylus!

I saw this really cute stylus the other day and told myself that I must own it!!!! but I need 2 2 dollar coins for it.. it is actually from those machine where you must insert coins in exchange for the egg. for as far as I can remember, I never did indulge myself into these machines when I was younger. I would say this is my 1s t egg?? ahahhhahaha. It's only AUD4!!! not that bad.. :) this stylus has a better grip than the original 1 because it's thicker hence easier to hold. just like a pen! and i wanted this star and pink one.. i was so scared that it will be mario or the mushroom which are blue and green respectively. Lucky me

I'm actually not feeling myself lately, I've got no idea why. But getting something for myself did cheer me up a little. I get contented pretty easily.. not sure if it's a good thing a not. Anyhow, I need to do some chores, my room is in a mess!!!
